Customer Engagement

Incorporating real Silent Customer feedback. This one day, interactive, workshop is aimed at new or less experienced team members and explores self-awareness and proactive communication as well as what sets customer expectations and how to manage disappointment. 

This workshop fee is £600 and includes workbooks and certificates. Max 10 participants. 

Embracing Feedback

Incorporating real Silent Customer feedback, this workshop is aimed at general manager level and enables team leaders to use feedback productively. They will explore how to read between the lines of what customers are saying and learn the basics of coaching language to influence change within their teams.

The fee for this one day, interactive workshop is £600 and includes workbooks and certificates. Max 8 participants.  

CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practice

This three day accredited qualification is ideal for those seeking to attain knowledge and skills in the delivery of training. Candidates will gain knowledge in how to deliver training session that are meaningful, inclusive and transformative. The course is delivered by a multi-award winning trainer.      

Course fee is £1695, plus £75 per person for assessment fee and textbook. Max 8 participants.  

Essential Leadership & Management Skills 

This one day workshop is aimed at new and established managers. It has been specially been developed to provide managers with a range of essential leadership and management skills. Participants on this workshop will learn how to adapt and apply different leadership styles to lead a team more effectively. They will examine interpersonal, informational and decisional roles in management and learn how to manage them more successfully. The workshop is facilitated by an experienced management trainer with over 20 years' experience working the hospitality sector.

The workshop fee for up to 15 participants is £600 and includes all training materials.

Fees are exclusive of VAT and are based on being held on your premises.
